Default brake/carb cleaner

changed my cam plugs/seals yesterday and did valve adjustment. the guy who did it cleaned everything out with carb/brake cleaner (vtec solnoid, the plate that covers the cams) and question is he didnt really let the carb/brake cleaner dry so he just put it on and im guessing it mixed with the oil a little so should i change my oil asap or will it be fine for another 50-200 miles?

I dont think it would do any real harm because i dont think its like gasoline which is a solvent. But if you want to be on the safe side change it. I might be wrong on the not being solvent though. Can you really tell its in your oil or are you assuming

It evaporates very very quickly. However, I believe its cleaning power comes from the fact that it is a degreaser, thus it can break down oil....its not likely that it did in this case though.

Oil, and a filter is pretty cheap for a DYI, so why not just change it now?

I feel ya on that one, full synthetic oil is pricey but if you love your baby that much... you gotta do what you gotta do.
