Default d15b vtec 92-95 civic..and my ef

im deciding between sohc zc and d15b...i know the obvious power gains in the d15b, just deciding how much money i wanna spend. i hav a dx tranny on my d15b2 right now, i can use this cable tranny for the d15b even tho its originally mated ot a hydraulic tranny correct? and everything will run fine?

Yes you can use your cable tranny. My dad has the d15b in his 89 crx using a dx transmission. It runs alright for what it is. I think most z6 aftermarket parts work on these motors.

Dont knock the Single Bump Stick, and BTW: to the OP, if you plan to go turbo you would need new rods cuz the ones on the D15 are like toothpicks unless your planning on running like 3psi
