Default painting valve cover

well i recently painted my b16 valve cover ctr red using vht wrinkle paint (red obviously) and i used air craft stripper to remove the faded black paint. but when we were putting the valve cover back on my buddy rushed it saying it was dry and fucked it up. so now i want to repaint it. only problem is i cant find anymore air craft stripper in a can or vht wrinkle paint (i bought it off ebay the first time and it was 9.99 plus 9.99 to ship....really dont wanna pay that much again).

im in so cal so if anyone knows any place that sells it let me know.

also...i've been thinking about spraying my header black because they're chipped and rusty looking. would just a high temp engine paint be good enough for that?

high temp engine paint is perfect for your headers, the one i have has a picture of headers on it so there you go, got it at an autozone. sprayed it onto my turbo manifold and nooo problems.
i dont really know where to get ac stripper, i'd try autobarn or whateverr
hope that helps

stripper: home improvment store, any of them will have something under paints.

wrinkle paint is in most autozone, kragen, if you can't find it in california, well, you can't find it in the face of the earth

You can get the stripper at autozone, advance auto parts, pep boys, napa, or any car store pretty much.
