Default tuning hondata s200 p28 with chrome?

I bought a car with s200 on it, but the guy I want to tune my car uses chrome.
I only found 1 thread in the archives about this, but from what I understand:

I need to remove the blue box,
make sure j12 is not jumpered
and tune away,

Is this correct?
I should have no teouble going back to hondata if I want in the future, right?

Thanks

Correct. s100/s200/neptune/crome/uberdata all use a socketed ecu.
However uberdata does require j12 to be in place.
