Default LS ignition and cam timing for gains

I was reading about advancing the ignition and intake cam timing by a few degrees, as well as retarding the exhaust cam timing a bit to free up some extra horses... I did some searching around but couldn't find any exact figures.

Would anybody have gain figures for their NA B18b1 tegs?

Thanks

Sorry, you'll probably lose hp unless you do it on a dyno. Its funny but what makes power on one car doesnt work on another.....and its very specific, like you'll lose power at +1 but gain at +2.

If you don't have bigger cams it will not do anything.

It will do something if you do too much. TURN YOUR ENGINE INTO JUNK! Be real careful with advancing your timing, you will give your engine so much lean, it will pull a D.J. Screw.
