Default Idle Problems! Parts Replaced STILL NOT WORKING!YHELP!

1990 crx poorman's set up. Idle Problem. It idled at 3k and then went down to 2k after I found a leak in the back of the intake manifold. I thought it was my thermostat because it was shot to hell so I replaced and still. I bled the coolant system and everything. Reset the ECU and still nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions??
Help!

I would go through this process to diagnose the bad idle.

try the dashpot diaphram on the throttle body -

hard for me to explain when I'm not looking at the engine right now, but there is a round metal piece attached to the exterior of the throttle body, and there is a small piece of metal rod coming out of it - while the car is idling, push the metal rod into the dashpot diaphram and see if that brings your idle down - if that is it, you need to find a replacement (unless someone knows a trick to fix this) - hope this helps.
