How to remove front bumper and rear bumper?

You can take off the bumper signal lights with a phillips head screw driver. Just go to the grill of the bumper and look on the side of it and there will be a hole to put the screw driver and unscrew the bumper light. Then just pop it out of the bumper.

ok i got the rear done... but i cant seem to find the front bumper signal lights when looking down. any suggestions?

you are going to have to bend over or maybe kneel down then look to the 'inside' of the lense there is a little hole to slide the screwdriver into.
