Upgrading your clutch and mounts would be a good idea at this point if you planning on doing them, and can afford to do it. At the very lest you could fill in your stock mounts with 3m window weld, or use energy suspension inserts if your mounts aren't broken.

I am willing to bet it makes a 3-4 mpg difference. I am running a B16 trans on my B20 EK and absolutely hate it. I drive 25 miles to work each way, and get about 27mpg tuned to mid 14:1 AFR very health motor. 70mph reads about 4k on my cluster in 5th gear. I sure hope you have a quiet exhaust.
While it requires the same about of work for either trans to propel the car to 70 mph there is a lot more energy wasted spining the engine another 1000 rpm.
On a side not if you are able to you could swap your ls 5th gear into the b16 trans and have a nice highway gear.
My d16y7 got 38mpg going down to 28 is a real difference.

At $2.50 a gallon, 28 MPG, 12 gallon tank loosing 4 mpg is almost a 50 mile loss per tank.
