engine code problem plz help

engine code problem plz help
I have a rsx type s with a high flow cat from Random tech. it keep throwing a check engine code for the second O2 sensor. the sensors are both new. does anybody know what to do.. I already reset the ecu .. would a reflash or maybe upgrade the computer, would this problem go away?

already got an o2 sim but i ran it on the machine and it threw a code for the second o2 sensor. you think i need 2 of them?
