2 is what I used ,I got it from summit racing ,comes with ground wire

Make sure to put a fuse at each end. This is to protect the car in case of an accident.

What did you all run the wire through when you put the battery in the cargo area? The place where the A/C lines go?

you can ge away with 4 guage, but i recoment sumthing bigger. and yes add a fuse to the line you wouldnt want you wire going up inflames underneeth your carpet.

i initially used a distribution block with a 100amp (AN-L?....the glass kind) fuse, and it blew immediately as soon as i tried to crank the motor.....

installed an inline 100amp breaker, bought from best buy, and it has never failed me
