i have a jdm h22a i was wondering when V-tec is supose to kick on ???? my other question is if i have it to a switch when is the eailest i can switch it on???

5400 or 5600 I cant remember. No switch wtf? Get a vtec controller or get your ecu chipped then you can mess with the vtec engagement.

 

set your vafc to 5000 and add some fuel at 5200. I made 183whp with nothing internal on a vafc.

 

With a P13, VTEC engages at 5400 RPM. Too high IMO, but a chip or a VAFC can fix that for you.

It's an estimate dude. On my car I hit VTEC at around 5400 RPM. I'm not going to go into a long winded explanation when I can just give a rough estimate.

seriosuly. it does hit at 5.4k ur probably not haven enough throttle. floor it and ull get the true vtec setting. lol
