Default tilton twin disc?

why does it seem that people always sell there twin disc setups after only 10-20 passes or have them rebuild often? do they not last that long, I need a twin disc setup for my b series 600whp project i'm building and would like to get some info on which kind of twin disc to go with and what is the longevity of them? thanks

alot of the problems you see are simply because the cutchs arent setup properly.

there are tons of reasons for people selling things. its not one specific reason.

We've had the Tilton Twin Disc for the whole year and have about 30 passes on them at least. Pulled the setup out of the car for the off-season and the discs look great still.

Full throttle shifts at 10K RPM and no issues at all on shifting

totally agree with dturbocivic, i think you could narrow it down to the pedal adjustment setup

If you're running a tilton hydraulic throwout bearing kit a pedal stop is a must!!!
