Default Vacuum Lines for wastegate, mbc, and turbo - HELP!

Which is the correct setup for the vacuum lines, using a manual boost controller..

green - from turbo to intake manifold
blue - from turbo to wastegate (side)
pink - from turbo to wastegate (top)
cyan - from wastegate (side) to intake manifold
yellow - from wastegate (top) to intake manifold
red - boost controller

I am trying to run minimal boost, under 5psi perhaps...

let the top of your wastegate vent to the atmosphere

let the side of the wastegate goto the boost controller then from the boost controller to a source of vaccum (you can put it on the turbo compressor housing or intake manifold or just T into a vaccumm line somewhere, but some use the turbo)

i have my bov line going to the intake manifold, and i T'd into that to my boost controller and from there to my wastegate. works fine

maybe that will help you

Both Blue lines should work and let the top line vent to the atmosphere.

And you do know, that a boost controller only turns the boost up.. not down. The min boost is limited by the spring in the wastegate.

So would it be running at minimal boost without a boost controller running from the turbo to the side of the wastegate?

If you just hook up the line from the turbo to the lower wastgate port and leave the top port open, it will run the lowest boost.

Ok, got it. and as for the fuel pressure, where should it be, because it is currently running at about 50psi.

Well what is your fuel management? Please just don't say a FPR?

I removed the FMU by popular request/suggestion, and now I remain with my FPR only, waiting for my motor to be broken in to get either a hondata/aem setup.

Eh, then just leave it where it is at. And don't boost it at all.
