sorry this is a really dumb question.but can you tune your car without using a dyno?sorry i dont really know that much about tuning and such.its just that we dont have a place to dyno cars on this island.i wouldnt be doing it myself im just thinking ahead.

didn't you read search
wideband is a kind of 02 sensor made to read alot better then just rich lean street tuning is tuning done around town not on a dyno.
