That is rather high. I think they are going to use stainless steel though.

expensive... make some friends who own welders.
I welded SS flanges to SS pipe before with a fluxcore mig. Did it all in one pass and grinded the welds smooth after. Passed the water leak test. Basically saying you can get this welded with any kind of machine...
