Wow I hope it's robotic TIG welded for $75, $25-$35 is more like it. Hell I would do it for $15, but I only do MIG at the moment........Just my 2 cents.......

i thought so too. but i checked around and it seems that no one wants to do it.
being as i live in iowa, theres not many places to go. and it would probably take the guy close to an hour an a half to do it.

You guys would be surprised at how much local businesses around here try to rape you for welding. I was quoted 1 1/2 hours of labor at $70/hr to weld a bung on an oil pan.

LoL.
What in the world would take an hour and a half to do exactly?
When I had my stuff welded up, it cost me $40 for everything, charge pipes, BOV, dumptube, downpipe etc. It was mild steel, but it only took the guy about 25 minutes to weld it all together.
Is stainless THAT much more expensive to weld? Is it more time consuming than mild steel as well?

definitely not. You are probably better off spending that 75 bucks toward a cheap wire-feed fluxcore welder. expletive those guys.
