Problem with 2nd gear

when i am in 2nd gear and i accelerate and let go and accelerate again sometimes my second gear slips out any suggestions, thanks

mine does it too, a common problem it seems... did you try searching, cause I remember a thread on here about it a little while ago...

it sounds like your synchro for your second gear has gone bad. you would have to drop out the tranny, open the tranny and replace the 2nd gear synchro in order to fix this if it is in fact the problem.
