Default Timing belt and Clutch being installed any words of experianced wisdom?

Hey guys, im going to be pulling the engine to do my timing belt, H2O pump, and clutch kit. I have the Haines book and air tools. Any words of wisdom or things you have learned from doing these particular jobs? Car: 94 GSR Stock with 175,000mi.

You don;t need to pull the engine out to do those things. Just the Tranny.

But its ALOT easier to pull as together than just the tranny... trust me i was doing my clutch and it was a bitxh so i pulled as 1

for me its actually easier to pull the motor out and do that all at once. there are clearance issues between the engine and frame. Big hands dont fit

Don't put the clutch in backwards. And, you'll need a 10mm deep 12pt socket to remove the (6) pressure plate bolts.

Have a short piece of 2"x4" and a second jack to prop up the engine by the oil pan just before you start removing the mounts.

Remove all but one of the the transmission bolts before undoing the mounts. Break the last one loose, but leave it in finger loose.

yeah i figured it would be alot easier to just pull the motor too.

And when referring to the Last transmission bolt to remove which one exactly are you talking about?

Thanks Guys.

One of the ones in the front that you can get to from the top (under the exhaust cam is a good one).

All work is done and working great. The Best Tool I had was my Chain Wrench, Breaker bar and an old alternator drive belt. After trying with an impact gun many times it never came off. So I used the chain wrench and an old alternator belt on the crank, and a breaker bar on the bolt and "POP" bolt screwed right off! 1 hour with the wrong tools 1 minute with the right tools. Axle Nut is a 32mm! Resurfaced flywheel is Extremely reccomended in fact you MUST do it. Honda Manual Transmission fluid is the BEST Hands down. Dont get anything else. Takes about 2.2 quarts after complete drain. I installed two new front torque mounts and also installed the Energy Suspension Motor mount inserts. They are designed for the two front torque mounts and the rear mount. The polyurethane mounts are a helluva lot stiffer and you will feel every freakin vibration from the motor. I suggest ONLY the rear mount insert and just use new honda torque mounts. Samco coolant hoses are a waste of money. The OEM ones are about the same price as Autozone's but superior in design. Actually I purchased ALL of my parts from Acura except the water pump, tensioner pully, and spring. The prices were about the same, and its factory guranteed. Installing the timing belt was very easy just make sure everything is very clean. When you take out the old water pump some coolant is going to leak all over the place. And the Coolant is corrosive to rubber. Also if your pulling the motor out an engine leveler will make things alot easier as well. And one more thing. Drain your Power steering fluid as much as you can before you start because its going to leak all over the place too. I forgot why but we had to disconect the hoses to get the engine out and belts off. When Reinstalling the front left torque mount dont forget to put the AC belt around the mount first. Those are all the pointers you will need.
