Default slight grind?please help

Alright i own a 2000 ek hatch with a b16b and the ctr lsd. When i am shifting into 3rd at higher rpm's there is a slick clicking noie then a 1/2 second grind noise. At lower RPM's i have no problems. Does anyone know what the issue might be? i have a slight tranny sweat that drips every now and then but could low tranny fluid cause this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you
