is there a way to force more oil to the head for vtec engagement

im not sure about forcing more oil, but ive been reading up on s2000 oil filters and from what ive read, those up your oil pressure just a bit.. might be worth researching further.

Removing the balancer shafts and plugging the oil ports has been known to increase oil pressure.
