get higher quality axles like stage 2 or something how many lbs are you pushing? its retarded to boost a lot and use stock axles.. maybe your suspension is loose somewhere check it all out all the bolts and stuff

possibly your differential...did the axle bust at the wheel or near the half shaft/ transaxle?
If not maybe your neg. camber is to blame.

Thats BS.
Reman'd axles are just junk. Sometimes you get lucky and get one thats good.

Ive also broken 2 autozone axles in the same day. 1 broke after 100 feet of driving a 90hp civic.

Yeah .. But what kind of torque were you making??

Making 200+ hp, I would just get aftermarket/Stronger axles for the peace of mind.

something isn't right here.....

The chances of both axles going is slim to none. Sure it's not the diff?

Deff check the mounts the same **** happened to me lol!

The 3 bolts on the driverside mount were broken in the block and allowed the engine to sag..

Kept breakin the axles 10 minutes apart from eachother haha!

I have to say, this had to have been one of the most frightening situations I've been in, with my db. Traveling on the freeway, about 1:50 am, I decided to just be an idiot and see what my car could do. Slam the gas, accelerating nice and quickly....just passing the 130mph mark on my spedometer, my wheel jerks hard to the left. I counter steer, drop the car out of gear, and wonder WTF happened. I get back into gear, try to accelerate, but cant. RPM's are rising, but no acceleration. I have to get towed home at that point,

Following morning, I throw my car on jack stands, and this is what I see...

And I just got that axle 3 days ago...No more than 50 miles on the car since replacement. AutoZone Remans...

For $10 more than the remans, you can buy New GCK axles at Autozone and Advance auto parts. Mine were $70 at Advance/Discount auto.

for 90-93 Integras
left ho8057A
right ho8056A

And here is a thread about someone using them at the track and running them for 2 years before his high whp turbo setup finally snapped one using slicks at the starting line.

Yeap, I found that out later...about 2 axle swaps later. I'm just saving up for a set of Raxles or maybe a set of EMPI's..
