As the title says, I only need the rear one for my project and would like to know which one it is as I have the H22 engine plus the mounts but no prelude to check

Cheers for the reply I just used a bit of urethane window sealer to hold them in place. The new mount inserts didnt fit tightly around the middle insert so I thought it was nessacary at the time. The mount inserts are Energy suspension. I'll post up some more pics of the mount for reference.

Burning the old mount inserts out

with the energy suspension mount inserts that i got and all the ones that my friends have gotten... you do not remove the stock inserts.. The Energy Suspension inserts just fit in over the stock 1s...

This has been my same exprience with Energy suspension inserts. They are "inserted" into the OEM mounts.
