Default HCP H22 mount issue, anyone else have this prob????

OK so I have the HCP H22/EG mount kit and the rear mount recently "blew" apart. I have only had my swap in around 6 mo and have not even taking it to the track at all before replacing the mount. Now I called JDMshit and they were great and sent out replacement mount "inserts" right away. What I did was add a 3rd insert in the middle of the rear mount so it would become a "solid" mount. I went to the track to day and only made 5 passes and the rear mount seems to be tearing again. My set-up is in my sig and as u can see the motor itself(power wise) is stock, its not like i'm boosted with 400hp or anything. JDMshit IS VERY customer friendly and will replace the inserts I am sure, BUT that doesnt mean I want to be taking apart my rear mount every so often. Does anyone else have this prob????

I've read about the same problem with other HCP mounts, I think it might have something to do with the rear mounting bracket being USDM or JDM but I am not sure.

The reason why your rear bushings are tearing so fast and easy is because your rear tranny bracket is most likely bent, thus it's schearing into the bushing. I've seen this happen on quite a few cars and after they put a new rear transmission bracket in, no more bushing problems.

The rear bracket is brand new and there are no bends....

Make sure that the bracket is from a 92 to 95 prelude otherwise you will continue to have that problem.

I've had my rear mount since the end of '02 and I have never had to replace it. However my Friend had the same mounts and the rear mount went out in like 3 months. A bad batch maybe?
