Headgasket
Well the problem is that only writing on it is on the bottom right corner. You can see it in the picture. And it's just some numbers.
It seems like there are 2 ways that it can fit.
One side of the gasket is all black while the other side seems to have an outline for the coolant galleys around the cylinders on the other.
I personally think I have it on correctly but paranoia is kicking in and wanted to double check.

Oh ok, another problem I got now.
The dowl pins that are suposed to go on the block to hold the headgasket aligned and in spot, are they supposed to be universal? like both ends can go in the block or the head? because it seems like my dowls are fubar or something cause on both dowls one end does not want to go in either the block or the head. They were on the head I believe and the machine shop removed them for me so im starting to think maybe they did something? any input on this please.

Well the dowls (bottom side in the pic) will no way in hell go in the block or the head, the other side has no problem tho. I wonder whats wrong...maybe I should buy new dowls and see.
I had my head rebuilt, my machine shop gave me back a ziplock bag with all that stuff in it. I know what that part with the question mark is, i just posted that picture as a reference for the dowl pins...they don't fit....
They may have got your dowels mixed up with another customers or the whole bag of bits ? might be worth contacting the shop to see if they can shed any light. Failing that I would buy a new set of dowels at least you know they will be correct for the engine. And yes ask them to confirm they've renewed the valve seals.
Guys guys, I appriciate your input on this. I have called the shop a few days ago and talked to my machinist. They have replaced all my valve seals. He gave me that one back with my bent valve just as a reference on which one was bent.
I made a previous post about a week ago asking on honda tech what that little piece is. I just re-used the picture in this post to show you the dowl pins.
The dowl pins are about a 1 buck from honda, wouldn't hurt to just buy new ones anyway.

Exactly my sentiments
Thought I recognised that photo from a past post.
So I picked up 1 new dowl and ordered another one, should be here tomorrow. Local dealer charged me 2.54 for each...bastards...majestic honda has them for .86 cents. oh well.
I put the new dowl in and it works like a charm. Guess my previous dowls were damaged upon removal.
BTW gents I have another question.
Is this scratch going to cause major problems?

If you're lucky it won't cause a problem. You have to be very, very careful when setting the head back on the block so these kinds of things don't happen.
Unless you are very careful, the dowel pins become oval when you try to remove them, which makes them almost impossible to use.
