nothing went wrong, snow tires have a tendency to wander, more or less depending on the brand/tread type

First, there is a lot of sidewall on your tire, and the treadblocks are deeper and more flexible than most other tires, so they are generally going to provide a different feeling than all-season or high-performance tires. That being said, many Hankook winter tires are directional, so be sure that they were all installed with the proper rotation.

^Exactly, you get lots of thread walk with winter tires,
atleast that's the term I always reffered it too,
it makes your car feel like it has tons of bodyroll.

Good to see another canadian on here
I work at Firestone dealer in Richmond hill, we have alot of people complaning about ur same problem. Aparent Hankook and Cooper make a shitty *** snow tire. Alot of people are trading them in for Blizzak WS-50's Or Blizzak Revo 1's The WS-50 is an awsome snow tire, and the Revo is a good Sport snow tire. Lots of grip, soft compound and very smooth to drive on. I think people dont put enough thought into tires. they are the only thing that connects the car to the road, so you may as well get some good rubber right?

Or maybe not. There is nothing at all wrong with Hankook tires. My W404's performed very well last season and are doing just fine this season, too. Others have had similarly positive experiences with their Hankook tires.

You didn't state which tires you have - all you said was Hancook [sic].
