Default 3.5" Cold Side Charge Piping to large for 700whp?

Hey guys, I am looking for 700whp in my H22 and I have a 90mm (3.5") throttle body and a 11x24x3.5" front mount and here is how I was going to run the piping. 2.5" from turbo (35rT4) to IC inlet, then 3" from IC outlet for about 1-1/2 feet and it transitions to 3.5" for like 2-1/2 feet to the throttle body. So, do you think this will hurt my performance to have the 3.5" piping, because I just want to take advantage of the throttle body size, I just don't want it to hurt my performance. Thanks.

I would say stay with the outlet size on the turbo

yeah, but even running 3" piping on a 2.5 outlet shas shown same power levels at a lower psi, I just wonder if 3.5" is too big.

A 3.5" t/b does NOT flow as much as a 3.5" tube. The throttle blade disrupts the flow a lot. I bet the 3" pipe flows at least as much as a 90mm t/b.

Thanks tony, would the 3.5" have a negative effect over a 3"?

only slightly more time to fill it, which you'd see mostly in transient response time.
