Wheel knock??

Wheel knock??
background: currently driving a 97 2d dc2 with tein springs and tokico shocks
problem: seems like when im driving i hear a soft knocking [or thumping] by my passenger side wheel every 10 seconds or so.. even if im driving slowly ie [its not the tire hitting the fender]. ive been listening to this problem for 2 days trying to figure out what is wrong.
possible solutions: needs new bearing?? needs new axle?? possible blown shock??.. ive driven cars that have had problems like each one i just mentioned but it doesnt seem as obvious as my car.. could it be possible something is bent??
figure id like to know now and change what needs to be changed before it gets any worse
