$ cost of nitrous
I've been thinking about doing a 50 or 75 shot on my f22a1, stock internals. What do you think that would cost?
Cost of parts and how many hours labor to install? (somebody who knows how to do it, not me)
I don't know anything abot this yet. Wet or dry, etc...

anywhere from 200-1000 dollars depending what brand and type of kit you get and all accesories (bigger or more nitrous bottles, purge kit, etc.). if you look around you can usually find used nitrous kits for pretty cheap, my friend bought a used zex wet kit for $250 and another bought a used NOS dry kit for about $300.
the install is pretty easy and basic. the hardest part probably being running the lines from the trunk(or wherever you mount the bottle) under the car and into the engine, gotta make sure to tuck it nice and neat and prevent it from getting snagged by anything and away from the exhasust. if you ever took high school metal shop then drilling and tapping your intake should be a piece of cake. the kit should come with instructions, im sure if you can devote a couple of hours you can do it.

if you don't know what you doing and got greedy, anything could happen.
50-75 shots on stock internal is fine, the accord compression is pretty low.
when you at it, ask the installer for FPR, colder range plugs
Wet systems:
This system fires nitrous oxide into the cars engine along side the additional fuel required to make the power. Because fuel is being mixed sith the nitrous at the point of injection we call them it a wet nitrous kits.
Dry Systems:
These systems do not have a fuel solenoid as the additional fuel is supplied by the cars own injectors and there for at the point of injection there is only nitrous oxide, no fuel. This is why we call these systems dry nitrous kits.
Direct Port:
Direct port nitrous oxide systems use 4 injector nozzles and are screwed into the intake manifold branch of the cars engine. One nozzle per branch.

True that.
Using small amount of nitrous oxide in small bursts will do the engine no harm. But if it's not done right it can result in incredible damage to the engine components such as clutch and piston rings where exposed to extreme heats can crack or even shatter.

don't do 50.. that's playing it too safe. you wanna go with about a 125 shot and just feed it right in wet. step on the gas as hard as you can and make sure the NOS is on. get a bunch of friends and gather around a long two lane road and make lots of noise about how cool street racing is. hang out with a bunch of other vigilantes and run from the cops when they show up at your street race party.

I spent around $500 total for my used kit with a new bottle heater and window switch. It should take less than 3-5 hours to install yourself so may 2-3 hours at a shop. Nitrous itself ranges from $2.50-$5 a pound.
