Default TYPE R WING ON MY GSR......HOW TO COVER REVEELING HOLES???

JUST BOUGHT A TYPE R WING FOR MY CAR AND HAD TO REMOVE THE STOCK GSR WING....PROBLEM IS THE TYPE R WING DOESNT COVER A HOLE ON EACH SIDE....ANY THING I CAN COVER IT WITH..DONT WANT WATER TO GET IN AND MESS UP MY ELECTRICALS...

you can get some plastic plugs from any auto parts store.

a quick remedy would be vinyl stickers( the same material that use to make custom stickers). find a color that matches close and have 2-4 made. it shouldn't cost more than a couple bucks. vinyl has excellent weather resistance and excellent adhesion for your sealing needs.

what i did is, put foam tape under the hole. then got touch up paint and painted the foam my color and sealed the edges. looks nice!

only real way to get it fixed it get a piece of medal welded on there or like everybody else says. get a piece of vynl sticker or electrical tape or any sort of tape for that matter and just get touch up paint it and paint it over.
but no real way of really concealing other than getting it welded.

i think i got some plugs from the dealer then painted them to match the car-- it was like 4 years a go

red duck tape for 2.97 at walmart. matches your car pretty good thats what im doing right now. the color red is like that crayola red.


for 2.97 won't hurt. seals pretty good it seems

Anything with the factory integra spoiler will have 3 holes on the trunk once removed.

I use electrical tape cutouts of small circles and paint over it with touchup paint.

Plugs are good, however they do not sit as flush to the body as electrical tape. Whichever will work.
