Itll bolt on perfectly, but there will be 2 holes left over that youll want to cover up.

Sounds good! Also, what did everyone do for a rear brake light?

The 3rd brake light will just be missing.

If you want to avoid having holes, get the ITR wing from comptech/wingswest. The base is a bit wider and covers up all the holes while bolting up to the stock holes. Do a search on Skunk2nR's car for pics.

I nearly did it myself, but elected to just leave it alone when the paint shop held my car for a week and didn't do anything. It's not really a large job, and if you know of a good paint shop, they can fill the leftover holes and paint your hatch, wing and side-skirts for a decent price.

Just get it done right the first time!

Ive got the JDM OEM itr wing...No LED...and I like it that way.

Im sure I'll hate it when I get pulled over though. But no problems yet...I worked for the city over the summer...and they said that the last thing they look for is a third brake light. So I said...OEM please.

do they really enforce that at all? how about cars that come stock without a third break light?

There haven't been any of those in over 15 years, and with good reason.

The fact that the CHMSL (third brake light) has been proven to significantly reduce the occurrence of rear-end collisions.
