whoa, an ls/vtec is an LS bottom end (block, pistons, rods, etc.) with a vtec head (either b16, gsr or type r). basically you need a complete vtec head including manifold, vtec distributor, etc. etc. there are ls/vtec kits that are sold online that include the oil line to supply oil to the head externally. basiclly do your research. There are many people out there who have had horrible luck because they just dove into their project without doing research. There are also MANY people, inluding Pro 4 cylinder cars that run LSVTEC at 800-900whp with no problems. Its all in the build. I personally have a turbo lsvtec and it runs flawlessly. actually, im trying to get rid of the complete built bottom end, if youre interested PM me good luck. and do your research, everything will turn out fine.

Get a Golden Eagle LS/Vtec kit and go from there..... there are stock ls-v's making in the 500whp range on good tunes

Just use all the stock B16 stuf as far as manifold and TB

you have a EG right? you will have to wire your car for Vtec and get a P28 ECU also.

In a nutshell get a full b16 head with the GE conversion kit. There are plenty of write ups and articles online. Do some research.
