Hi i just got my 5th gen prelude about two weeks ago and the ignition is giving me problems. most of the time it starts fine but sometimes it wont start, i have to turn the key to the on position and wait for like 10 secs then turn the ignition on. Is this the starter? or fuel pump maybe?

 

BATTERY... check that, twaz what did it for me. Go to autozone or advance auto parts and ask them to check it.

sound like your ignition switch might be going out or maybe your starter is going out...There was an ignition switch recall several years ago.
