Sorry can't help u then...I lost the cover to the fuse box from my old 95 civic... But I can tell u it only takes 20 seconds to test all the fuses with the test light...there's not that many of them...
So does the car even crank?

interesting.. so u hear the main relay clicking on?...
the main relay is what controls ur fuel pump.... so that eliminates the "fuse" as being ur problem...the fuel pump is good when u run power to it, altho its not priming when you turn the car to start... now u hafta see if ur even getting power to the fuel pump....
u can do this by checking the "green with a yellow stripe wire"(not sure if thats the exact color cant remember too clear) going to the pump...

so should i just try checking if i get power from green yellow wire? maybe with a bold or something? when u connect + from batter to green yellow and start it works can it be that the wire burned somewere or something?

u know wat should i do ? ? and i have a noobie question does 92 vx havew vtec? sorry for been a noob im learning im only 15 so thats the reason
I know what needs to be done but u need a test light at least... And a DVOM at best.. Without those troubleshooting electric gets pretty tough...
As for ur vx.. Yes its vtec.. Vtec-e to be exact.. Its totally different from the vtec found in the d16z6s of those years

as much as i would want to sit here and answer these questions all day i have things to do..
i already established what needs to be done....
get some kind of circuit testing tool and download A factory service manual....
go to the fuel delivery circuit...
highlight the components that run between the main relay and the fuel pump (which doesnt involve much) and test test test....thats all i can say
and no the vtec in ur vx isnt weak..its used more for economy.. u can look up the function of vtec-e by using the search feature.... as a matter of fact u could have used the search feature to figure out why ur fuel pump isnt priming....
but none the less i did get my post count up...
