Default Fuse for fuel pump...where is it!!!

Ok, i'm almost positive that there should be a fuel pump fuse in my 92 civic vx hatch, but my eyes can't see it anywhere.

I know the relay is under the dash...but isn't there like an actuator fuse?

cause for looking for the fuse..............
i'm cranking my car and it's not starting, i think it's the pump, because i don't hear it on turn of the key. It's a walbro 255 so i know what it should sound like if it is working, but before taking it out, i wanted to check the fuse first...BUT I CANNOT FIND IT...

...in the fuse box....

no, but it is in the in car fuse box (above your left knee) i don't think it's the actual "fuel pump" fuse but it was the one that was popped when my fuel pump wouldn't kick on. i think its called acg or agc or something like that, i do know it's a 15a though.
