This sort of inquiry is pure speculation. You can SEARCH to get a rough idea, but there are so many factors that could affect the amount of power you're making...

engine age...
engine compression results...
method of boost...
fuel delivery system...
TUNING TUNING TUNING...

It's hard to say until after it's all done.

Ran good for a year (stock everything) and still pulling
wrecked it
end of story lol

power depends on turbo

i made about 150hp on a 15g and i was on stock dp and exhaust and a conservative tune

i suggest you to do
Change your intake manifold for a y8 better than the crappy y7 one

I think he has to switch it to the y8 or z6 anyways. I don't think you can keep the y7 manifold.

who cares that nobody makes turbo for d16y7.
You can buy your own components and make a d16y7 turbo.

A d16y7 turbo is still better than a d16y7 with a swapped y8 IM and a fart cannon.

ya your best bet would probly be to go with a smaller turbo like the 14b and peicing together your own setup, reasoning behind the smaller turbo is for faster spoolup times due to the not so high revability of the y7

edit: oh ya and psi doesnt really have a direct correlation with hp, there are many factors that play into how much power you make (fuel delivery, management, tune etc...)

does a y8 intake mani bolt right up to y7 motor without any vaccum/emission line modifications or any other issues?
