headlight question
i have a 97 ls my headlights are really fogged up and one has water in it.... how do i clean those and is there a way i could just get the outer plastic part and just put them on or clean them to look clear again

I have the same problem, so I took the headlight off and pulled the bulbs out. Then I poured the water out and put a hair dryer to it for 30 minutes in both "holes"
. Since it condensed back up, I plan to take it off again and hold it under water to find the leak, then silicone the leak up. I hope this works.

this happens after every time i wash my car. annoying as hell. also i have heard good things about meguiars scratch x.
i used turtle wax scratch and swirl remover on parts of my car and it sucks.

search ; theres a write up on how to clean hazed / foggy headlights. they even show u how to crack em open and clean em and make them like new and re-seal them w/o causing moisture lock and problems in the future
