doing hf to si swap...what to do with vacuum lines

anybody know that when you do an hf to si swap...you get rid of the egr system...there are vacuum hoses number 16 and 10 left over...what do you do with them?

basically what you want to do is take the hf's box,egr valve and its vacuum lines and remove all that **** completly...then just proceed to hook it up like a stock si d16a6..
The only things that matter anyway is map sensor,fuel pressure regulator and brake booster vacuum lines.

should i get a crx si map sensor or is the hf map sensor the same? car is also over heating and throwing a code...
