yes....but by how much? Guess we'll have to wait for somebody from hondata or others with insight on this specifically to chime in 
anyhow, unless you have some way to defeat the speed limiter, you won't be going any faster than 190kph...not to mention the 1100rpm idle I think is kinda weird...
