14deg timing... noticable?

Default 14deg timing... noticable?

coming from 16 or 18, will 14 feel sluggish and really slow?

14 is not that bad, when i was using nitrous i had 12 degrees of the bottle and it felt really slow down low. and when i wasnt using nos, i had 19 degrees.
