On a gsr a 50 shot is okay for stock 16 degree timing. If you increase to a 75 show you should retard to 14 degrees. 100 shot 12 degrees, etc. The best is to get an msd do that for you. As far as the type r goes, anything is possible as long as you have the right fuel, and the right timing.

i ran an 80 shot wet many many times on stock timing , which is 16degress on the type R , i kicked it back to 14-15 for peace of mind . then rolled up to 100 shot direct port and ran 13-14 degrees timing . its all in the tuning .
btw my R is stock block and hea,d never broken open and it took the abuse. . . ahhhhh nitrous was soo nice
oh yea and I have the msd dig 6+, so i was running 18 degrees all motor and then had it kick bakc to that preset retard when juiced. very nice unit . also the jacobs mastermind will do that for you too , that way i was never losing power from being retarded all the time

i ran a 100 shot of nx fogger with 16 degrees of timing and it ran like a champ.. All stock honda bottom end.. Been through alot of bottles and car runs damn good still.. I love n2o..
I have 100 shot nx wet system, with msd timing retard controller, also running 12.5.1 compression, will this be safe, with right timing and right amount of fuel of course?
