Default fuel system set up and tuning

asking for a friend but anyway his set up is stock block LS looking for 250 whp i guess

spoolin log manifold
t3t4 60 trim 63 on the hot side
3 inch down pipe
ebay intercooler
greddy blow off valve
2.5 hard pipes
550 cc injectors
but anyway he needs help with fuel system he was gonna get a fmu and bigger fuel pump and the missing link and be done untill later when he had more money for like hondata or the emange ultimate

i told him to atleast get a safc because of those big injectors we also have a friend that tuned my all motor car and it runs pretty good and he told him to try the emange Ultimate cause he could stay obd2 and he says it works pretty good and is easy to tune any truth to that ? any insite would help thanks
