Wheel bearing possibly going, unsure. Help me prove/disprove.
I made this thread:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1768092
I searched the archives and it seems the easiest way to check for a bad wheel bearing is to jack up the car and move the rim by pulling at the sidewall.
I did so to all four rims and there is absolutely no play in any direction for any of them.
As of last week or so my car violently shakes above 60 MPH. I've read that a wheel bearing will cause this due to it moving like a snake.
What else can I do to check it?
Alternatively, I'm thinking it may simply be my rims that need to be balanced. Would unbalanced rims cause any kind of wooing/humming sound?
Before you jump down my throat and suggest I go ahead and get my wheels balanced and then further diagnose from there, I must tell you that I'm very limited on funds and I cant afford to find out whats wrong through trial and error.

If your bearing(s) are messed enough to cause that much of a vibration, chances are you would of noticed it when you pulled on the rim. I've had a couple of mine go in the past while, and they never did get to the point where it caused a serious noticeble vibration. Unbalanced wheels, maybe a cut belt or internal sidewall damage to tire?
If possible, try putting different rims on and see if the problem is still there.
I had the shakes too so I put the front wheels in the back and the rear wheels in front.
No more shaking. I think one of the rims could be slightly bent from a pothole.

swerve side to side while drive... try to notice which side is affected... if you swerve to the left and the noise goes away.. the left side is affected... if it swerve right and the noise goes away... the bad bearing is on the right...
just sit on the problem for another week or so... a bad wheel bearing it grind really really bad... you won't miss it. =P

i have this weird noise coming from what seems like my rear drivers side. its like a steady hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. that gets louder as i go faster. my tires arent bald, so i dont think its them. so i thought maybe it was one of my wheel bearings? what do you all think? sorry to hijack.

You are not hijacking - you described the sound of a wheel bearing going bad. This should help the OP. He has either a damaged suspension component or lost a wheel weight, or mistorqued the lugs.

Well I finally got around to switching my 17" rims with my stock rims/snow tires.
I got up to 85 MPH and there was no vibration or shaking at all.
So now I need to figure out what is wrong with my wheels..
I found a bubble in the inside of one of the tires.
Could it have anything to do with the tires, or is it definitely the wheels that need to be balanced? Price to have wheels balanced is around?

It could definately be tires...they sit further out so any imbalance has more effect than on the wheels. I once let my car sit for about 3 weeks and it caused a flat spot on one of the tires that caused a vibration like you're saying.
