my buddy has a 01 base lude. he recently did a HID retro fit and to remove the headlights he had to remove one of the AC lines. dumb i kno so what i need is the amount of r134 to recharge the system. he has a carbon hood so the sticker on the hood is not there nor is it on the shock tower. does any have this info by chance. i am licensed to work on auto AC systems r12 and r134. thanx

DONT DO IT, it needs to be properly vacuumed and go ahead and put a new reciever drier on it, new o rings on the part he disconnected also.
