Code "2" on a 94-95 gsr ecu!!!
i dont think its a 94-95 gsr ecu then
you shouldnt be throwing that code (every listing i have is for civics but um its obdI i dont think the gsr ecu is diffrent)
reset your ecu (unplug battery negative cable for at least 15 seconds)
look o the bar code of the ecu, whats the number? (p30, 038)

trust me, this code exists in this computer. i had a 94-95 OBD1 GSR ecu and it would give me code 2. I couldnt figure it out so I sold it. But the guy I sold it to said it never did it to him.
i would check your o2 sensor then.
replace it with one that works and see if it goes away
might want to swap ecu's too
just an idea.

I have the 95 Integra manual from Acura, but there is no listing for code 2. I have yet to figure this out. Atleast I feel some what sane now that someone else has the same problem! I put in a different ecu, and that code never came back!!
