rebuild motor due to small amounts of water entering through engine

head is torn apart, going to machine shops
Im going to run itr cams with gsr stock valvetrain. Do i need to upgrade to itr valvetrain??
I will also be running itr pistons with the gsr stock rods.
How much to whp should i be expecting?? Should i get some itr header to go along with it?
