Default civic problems.......

alright, i have a 00 civic ex, and its having a problem where it feels like it has no power from 2-3 thousand rpm's and when going from 2 to 3 the car will jerk a little bit, it feels like it isnt getting something like enough air or fuel, i got a sri (still happens with stock intake box) and that helped a little bit but its still there. after 3 the car will go steady. only does it when in gear. anything helps. anything will help, or any ideas where i should take (honda dealer?). thanks
