Default question about safety on a road trip

whats up guys .. i'm gunna be driving myself and 4 others in my 97 coupe for about 3 hours today.

the problem is that my exhaust piping is too low, and when more people get loaded into the car, especially this many, my right rear lower control arm will hit the piping of my exhaust. with 5 ppl in the car the two will likely always touch each other. i know i need to get this fixed but i bougght the car like this and i havent got a chance of gettting it fixed.

is there any type of risk involved with driving like this? i mean maybe my piping will crack .. or my exhaust may fall off haha .. but as far as teh lower control arm .. will that stay in tact? its not going to get like super hot and then snap is it?

are there any risks i would be taking driving like this?

p.s. ive had 2 trips that lasted 2 hours each w/ 4 ppl total in the car, and the exhaust and lca rubbed frequently but everything went alrite

exhaust piping < lca... if your suspension fails, it's not gonna be because of the exhaust...
