well of course it will help your handling. the question is how much?

i good road course track day will help your handling (in terms of making you more knowledgable) so your question is pretty broad.

basically if you want to lower your car, this is one way of doing it. you need to check out the faqs and read the suspension thread.

 

i personally like my koni/ eibarch pro setup on my 99

though if you want handling, go with a progress rear sway bar, does wonders compared to putting new struts and springs

 

i want to lower it, but i want to know if i need new shocks to go with it? no one can answer my question on what shocks actually do?
