yeah just go up to Autozone and get then to check what code(s) its throwin. I went to Autozone but they could not read my code because its a obd1. I have a 93 JDM H22. my CEL comes on sometimes. usually usually if im just cruzing around in low rpms. I recently changed my distribor, new spark plugs and msd wires, and got a new fuel filter. But light still comes on. i'll try to get the code myself via paperclip i just havent got around to it yet.

Just out of curiousity, why would you apologize for something and still do it?
And...you don't have to unhook your battery cable to reset your engine codes. You can just take out the clock/radio fuse for a few seconds.
