CF hood and snow

Should I take my cf hood off for the winter? would it get damaged? I have seibon oem cf hood and i live in chicago...wat u think

I def would no reason to keep that beauty on with harsh snow falling down.

I would remove it for winter
rather than have it get salt and ruin the clearcoat on it over time.
